RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CASH REFUNDS!
You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request. Click here to return an item. All returns and exchanges are refunded via store credit. After your return is approved, you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for return.
For all exchanges, you will be issued store credit upon receipt. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing your credit, then you can purchase your new desired size or another product.
All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed in their original packaging, and include your original packing slip when returning your merchandise. We will be unable to process your return without this!
We will inspect your returned item(s) for faults and/or signs of wear once we receive it. We have the right to refuse your return if the item has been worn or damaged or wasn’t sent in a timely manner. Once your returned item has been approved, we will send you an email with styletittudeapparel store credit that can be used online or in-store, and our store credit doesn’t expire!
Non -returnable items / Final Sale:
Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of items purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note, our Customer Service team is available Monday- Friday between 11 am - 6 pm. If you send an email outside our regular business hours, please allow one business day for a response.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS:
In the case that your order is returned to us as undeliverable, a store credit will be processed upon receipt and shipping costs will be deducted. Please double-check your address and include the apartment number before placing your order!
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
